Happy 10th Anniversary today to our "Pizza and Bullets" movie!!

10 years ago today on August 29th, the cast and crew stood on the stage of the Los Angeles Film School to a sold out 350 seat audience. It was a magical movie night and the after party was ROCKIN'! I'll never forget making this special film with everyone. It took a village to mount the production of a tiny indie action/comedy in Los Angeles, and there is no way I could've even finished this film without the amazing, creative and wonderful friends of the cast and crew of this film. The making of this movie is one I'll always keep close to my heart and being able to see all of you bring your magic to this film, will always mean the world to me.

Here's hoping we can all re-visit the Pizza and Bullets universe again some day!

You can stream the feature film free from the movie's website.
The film is best enjoyed on your TV and stereo sound. You can post the website into any browser there, or on any browser on your gaming console.

I wanted to give a deeply heartfelt thanks for everyone who gave their talents to bring this film to life. It's the most personal story I've told and I wouldn't be able to tell it, without the brilliantly talented cast, hardworking and extraordinary crew (sometimes, one and the same. Hey, it's indie life.) and supportive, multiple communities of parents, teachers, business owners, arts councils, school districts, and Jackie Hawthorne Riggins, who owned the Puxico Rink when we filmed the movie there.

That rink is the best spiritual successor to the demolished Jackson Skate Center. Puxico Rink's wooden floors and warm vibe, lifted the spirit of our old rink and like magic, made it feel like it was back once more.

Thank you to everyone who has always supported SPOON PICTURES. Because of you, I've been fortunate to make movies with my friends for 30 amazing years. This film feels like a cumulative retrospective of all that came before and the open road to what comes next.

Thank you. I would never stand here without you. I cannot wait until we're on set again, making the next one. Here's to the next 30 years.

Hey SE Missouri!

In two weeks on Saturday, August 26th don't miss the Missouri premiere of "All Nite Skate" at the Jackson Bandshell. Event starts at 7:30 PM. Movie starts around 8:30 PM.

There will be two food trucks available at the event! Andy's Sweet Tooth and Smokeshack BBQ! After the screening there will also be a cast and crew Q and A. The movie was filmed locally in Jackson, Cape and Puxico, MO.

The screening is taking place at one of the locations in the film.

Watching the film on the rink floor is a whole other experience!

Stoked to share about 'All Nite Skate'!

In 2023, 'All Nite Skate' is going on a film screening tour in select U.S. cities at local roller skating rinks in those cities!

That's right, you'll be able to watch the film on the rink floor and then afterwards, roller skate to some awesome 90s jams too! It's a movie screening and skate session in one event!

The first movie screening event is happening Sunday, March 26th 6PM - 10PM at Neville Island Roller Drome in Pittsburgh, PA. Tickets are limited to that one night only!

There's also plans to screen the film this summer at TWO screenings in Missouri, where the film was shot.

We know it's been a minute since we last posted about 'All Nite Skate'. The film finally wrapped up post production earlier this spring!

The All Nite Skate Vimeo Launch was AMAZING!

Thank you so very much for tuning in, sharing it and loving it. We're very excited that you're all stoked too. So much love, so many warm, generous messages. A lot of you telling us how it brought you back to your childhood in the '90s. Or how much our movie and those actors moved you.

1.5K Views in two days!

The sneak preview version of All Nite Skate was only 1080P HD. While that's pretty darn good, we've always had a 4K upgrade planned for our movie!

We are going to be taking our time with a 4K upgrade for the absolute best version of All Nite Skate you can watch in the future.
