Another tape from the Charlie Tuna family archives has been posted to our Patreon!

Tape 51 (aka CT00005) contains interviews with John Sebastian of The Lovin' Spoonful, a 30-minute friendly phone interview with Karen and Richard Carpenter, a phone interview with Friends of Distinction band members discussing their craft, and actualities from NFL celebrities, all likely from 1976.

Excerpts of this tape will be posted for everyone to enjoy soon.

In this excerpt, a partial aircheck from 1988, Charlie Tuna sits down with Bruce Morrow for rapid-fire banter in studio at KRLA 1110 AM, Los Angeles.

Bruce talks about being strip-searched by the new security team in place at the radio station, plus he retells the story of how he came to be "Cousin Brucie" with a tease to his appearance with the Tanqueray Gin Rock and Roll Time Capsule at Ed Debevic's.
