He will be working closely alongside Head of VFX Kris Janssens, whose expertise is key as we continue to expand and tackle ambitious, visually powerful projects. Antoine’s leadership will be instrumental in driving our work forward.
Welcome (back) on board, Antoine, we’re thrilled to have you lead this new chapter! 🎬
Some words from Antoine -
“ Taking the helm of Loom Post-Production feels like coming home.
My journey began here 20 years ago, where I took my very first steps in post-production, starting with just a bulky iMac that probably had less processing power than today's toasters. I even met my wife here, this place has been the backdrop for quite a few chapters in my story.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to explore many facets of the industry, from VFX to post-production supervision on international features and documentary work. Now, I'm thrilled to return, bringing this all-around experience back to Loom.
I’m also very excited to be working alongside Head of VFX Kris Janssens. His expertise and creative energy are a huge asset to our team, and I look forward to what we’ll build together.
I'm eager to foster a creative environment where the vision of our directors takes center stage, and where technical excellence supports that vision. I look forward to working on some of the amazing projects coming from directors like Sarah Malin Gozin, Adil El Arbi, and Bilall Fallah, directors who inspire me with their bold creativity.
Belgium offers a unique landscape for post-production, with its vibrant talent pool, tax shelter opportunities, and the outstanding creative community of the Caviar group. I'm equally dedicated to nurturing a motivated and fulfilled team, their creativity and wellbeing are essential to our success. As we move forward, I'm looking forward to seeing happy directors and producers, great films, and, of course, cracking a joke or two along the way, because at the end of the day, cinema is about passion, joy, and storytelling."
