Gochujang Caramel Cookies are a sweet + spicy lovers dream 🤩 Gochujang is a sweet + spicy fermented chili paste that is typically used in Korean cuisine. It’s one of my favorite ingredients/flavors, I love using it in sauces and meat marinades but now I’m putting it in a cookie 🤗I saw this recipe in The NY Times and bookmarked it immediately! I finally baked them this afternoon, these babies did NOT disappoint. Sweet with a hint of spice, the gochujang caramel swirled through out each cookie is a unique and tasty surprise! Make Gochujang Caramel Cookies!! Mix together 1 tbs softened unsalted butter, 2 tbs brown sugar and 1 tbs gochujang until it comes together. Set aside.In a large bowl whisk together 7 tbs softened unsalted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg until smooth. Whisk together for at least a minute. Now add 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and mix with a spatula until a cookie dough forms.Add the gochujang mixture to the cookie dough and mix gently just until the gochujang mixture is swirled through out. Scoop and let chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool completely and enjoy!

Crispy Cheese. Need I say more?! Slice your cheese in squares and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and have browned edges. Let them completely cool before enjoying!

Teddy Grahams Latte is the best combination of honey, cinnamon and brown sugar! I’ve seen so many different ways you can make this, here’s how I did mine … Shake together 1 tbs instant espresso, 1 tbs brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup water and ice until completely mixed together. Stir in 1/2 tbs of honey with milk. Add ice and pour in the shaken espresso.
