We had a new chimney installed, a double wall stainless, they ran black pipe off the stove and installed this draft control. ( We get heavy winds on a regular basis)
We have been burning for a few weeks, our chimney is cleaner then it ever has been. ( We had 3 chimney fires last year with the original 1840s brick chimney.)
Is it the draft control or the straight shot chimney? Either way, I'm am very happy.
We use a digital thermometer in the chimney to observe temps with an alarm above 800* it's normal at 650*-700*

It dawned on me today that since this BP station only has one hose for 3 different gas grades, wouldn't it stand that the hose holds gallons of the previous pumper's gas grade of choice? And how many gallons would this hose hold?

Think I got ripped off? New to this "scrapping" thing. I usually part bad cars and keep the rest.

(Edit: id like to clarify that I didn't pull the "important" items (alt, wheels, cat, etc) because I was on a time crunch. Had about 2 hours to get this van gone. I have TONS of vehicles and this one wasn't a loss to me. I'm just curious on people's opinion with prices. Thanks!)
