I don't know about you but I grew up on a steady diet of action and adventure films in the 1980's. They didn't have visual effects the way they do today but they had a secret weapon they employed on the audience to thrill and delight movie goers... Story. Yes, story is even more important in action films than in a drama where mood and tone can sometimes make up for a thin or slow paced narrative. In an action film your story is going by at twice the pace so your storytelling skills have to twice as sharp. I have to admit I struggled as a writer early in my career just to finish a script dealing with ADD and Dyslexia reading and writing was always difficult. What a fabulous and flattering article that came out about our show RZRseries! Tomorrow is the big day for the Primetime Emmys for our category, fingers crossed for Mena! What a coup it would be to be beat all the networks and studios who poured millions into our categories so the late night talk show hosts could have a double dipping category for their online portions of their shows. This writer articulates this argument way better than I ever could...

HUGE NEWS! Four Film Festival acceptance notifications in 24 hours! The Port of Fear Film Festival has accepted The Key, The Tie That Binds, and my music video for Digital Es**rt "Windshield" The Port of Fear Film Festival will be on September 13th and 14th in Kenosha, WI Schedule coming soon!

The Key was also accepted into The Sawdust City Fright Fest which kicks of October 11th and 12th on Oshkosh, WI Schedule coming soon!

REMINDER the Sogo Film Festival is coming in just two weeks! "Together" plays AUG 16 7:30 Stoughton Opera House "Reasonable Doubt" plays AUG 17th 7:30 at the Village Players Theater Stoughton, WI. Those screenings are free admission but a donation is accepted and encouraged!
