For the Mac & Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni (about 2 cups)

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups milk (warm)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Mac & Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in flour to make a roux (1–2 minutes).

Slowly whisk in warm milk until smooth and thickened.

Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt & pepper.

Mix cheese sauce with pasta, top with extra cheese, and keep warm.

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Frying:Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions1. Prepare the Chicken:
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Season the outside of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Set Up the Breading Station:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil the rigatoni in salted water until just under al dente (it'll finish in the oven).

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika
