This week, I brought home Buddyβ€”a 15-year-old Golden Retriever who had been overlooked for far too long. After spending years in the shelter, he finally has a place to call home.

As we lay together, he looked up at me with the softest smile, eyes full of gratitude, as if he knew he was safe for the rest of his days.

This sweet old soul deserves nothing less than endless loveβ€”and I feel so blessed to be the one to give it to him. πŸ’›πŸΆ
