Because sometimes you just need a GOOD strength session that doesn’t take a lot of time. This one is a recent fav 👇
1️⃣ back lunge with row
2️⃣ suitcase squat curl to overhead press
3️⃣ plank pull-throughs
4️⃣ bridge chest press
10 reps then repeat all four exercises three times though. It will clock in at just over ten minutes and you’ll feel so strong afterwards!
These little exercise snippets CAN make a difference in your body composition and/or fat loss journey when you combine challenging weights with really “bang-for-your-buck” exercises.

Other ideas for strength circuits to mix it up could be a combo of any of these:
•Romanian deadlift with a bicep curl at the top
•Static lunge with a chest fly
•Goblet squat with a heel raise
•Lateral lunge with an upright row
