I think I’ll only get a few years in this parenting sweet spot and I wish I had longer. How long do/did you get? I have 6 years between my eldest and youngest, I felt a noticeable change when my youngest turned 3 last year and now my eldest is 11, so the gap between my life being dictated by naps and soon-to-be teenage hormones isn’t long enough for me, this is where I want to stay 🥰. I hear people talk a lot about the perfect age gap, but in my opinion it would be an age gap that maximizes staying in this season of them being independent enough yet dependent enough on me, for as long as possible. Do you agree? Or would you have larger age gaps, so you’re in the baby phase for as long as possible? Or am I daunted by the teenage chapter for no reason and the best is yet to come for me? Would love to know your thoughts ❤️

10 fun Kids vs Grown Ups Challenges, using LEGO DUPLO bricks! Give them a try and let us know who wins:

1. Build the tallest LEGO DUPLO tower in 1 minute.
2. Build any animal in 1 minute.
3. Race to recreate the color pattern on a tower.
4. Race to spell your initials with LEGO DUPLO bricks.
5. Separate the colors and build them into towers.
6. Play noughts and crosses (tic-tac-toe).
7. Memory game. Identify the missing piece.
8. Play mastermind, try to guess your opponent’s pattern, the only clues they can give is how many are correct.
9. Race to build a pyramid only using 1 hand.
10. Recreate a LEGO DUPLO structure blindfolded.
