Don’t let women see this.
I didn’t want to share this, but here we are.
If you ever want the real answer, don’t ask directly.
Set the tone. Make it playful. Then guess something high — but not so high it’s insulting.
“You’re probably at 30, right?”
Now you’ve set the anchor.
Then you soften it:
“That’s low. That’s usually what most girls tell me.”
Boom — you just used the better-than-average effect.
She feels morally superior.
More likely to “correct” you with her real number.
And it works way more than it should.
