🚨 **INTRODUCING UBE COMICS**

A new chapter of **United Blade Entertainment** begins.

For years, we’ve told stories through film. Now, we’re expanding those worlds beyond the screen.

Welcome to **UBE COMICS** — the new comic publishing label from United Blade Entertainment.

UBE Comics will be home to **original characters, new worlds, untold histories, and expanded stories from the UBE universe**, giving us the freedom to explore places and generations that have never been seen on screen.

And we're starting with the universe that began it all.

**GRAY PEOPLE.**

Our first comic series currently in development:

⚔️ **GRAY PEOPLE: BEFORE THE CROWN**

Before the King.
Before the Crown.
Before the GrayKi we know.

Journey generations into the past and discover the young **Trok Zazi**, the conflicts that shaped him, and the events that would eventually lead to the unification of the Grayanese people and the birth of a new kingdom.

But *Gray People* is only the beginning.

New heroes. New villains. New mythology. **New original IP.**

Some stories will reach the screen.

Others will live on the page.

All of them will be UBE.

**Welcome to UBE COMICS.**

📚 **Original Worlds. New Stories. No Limits.**

EVERY FUTURE KING NEEDS SOMEONE HE CAN TRUST.

Before the crown, before the kingdom, and before GrayKi became one nation, Ishdak stood beside Trok Zazi.

Brother-in-arms.
Shield-brother.
Warrior of the Zazi.

They were trained together. They fought together. And when the River Campaign throws them into the chaos of war, Ishdak is the man Trok trusts at his side.

But history remembers kings.

UBE Comics remembers the warriors who helped forge them.

⚔️ GRAY PEOPLE: BEFORE THE CROWN

Before the King. Before the Crown. Before GrayKi.

Going back to where my filmmaking journey began…

Before feature films. Before building United Blade Entertainment. Before creating entire worlds and characters — I started with real people and real stories.

This is the first documentary I ever directed: *Because of You: From the Heart, for the Heart* (2017).

This project followed singer/songwriter Jen Stackpole and the incredible journey behind bringing her music to life. It was my first experience stepping into the world of documentary filmmaking — capturing the passion, dedication, struggles, and emotions behind an artist’s creative process.

Documentaries taught me something that has stayed with me throughout my career: every person has a story worth telling. The camera isn’t just there to record — it’s there to connect, observe, and reveal the moments that matter.

Watching this first 4 minutes brings back the beginning of the journey. Every filmmaker has a starting point. This was mine.

From documentaries… to feature films… to building a company around original storytelling.

The journey continues. 🎬
