Challenges are not sent to destroy you, they are sent to make a stronger version of yourself. Challenges will be part of our amazing life story but it is totally up to us how we react to them. Let me tell you that the hardest thing is to keep going when chips are down, to keep pushing when things are harder, to remain faithful when results are not obvious. It is easy to put on the happy face and to have faith when everything is going well and the easiest thing to do is to give up when facing challenges. You have every right to give up but, if you give up, you will never find out how GREAT YOU ARE. The question you gotta ask yourself when facing a challenge is: Do you want to be remember as the one that gave up? Or the one that fought back and made it despite the odds being stacked against you?

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If we were allowed to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as what we could have been…and we would never fly. A little extra effort is precisely what prepares us for the next obstacle to be faced. Anyone who refuses to make that effort, or gets the wrong sort of help, is left unprepared to fight the next battle and never manages to fly off to their destiny. The key is to be persistent. No one can develop persistence for us. It can only be developed when we decide to face the storm head on and we are prepare to give our lives to achieve our goals. The struggles are only momentarily and they will go away, as long as we stay consistent. It is vital to change our perception and start seeing the struggle as an opportunity that are happening for us to grow and become the best version of ourselves. I know sometimes the mountains we are facing may seem too steep; however, it must be this way in order to find out how powerful we can be. I don’t think we meet people by accident. Every person we meet in our life has a purpose. They are meant to cross our path for a reason. They are the ones that pave and show us the way towards success and if there is not way yet, they will make the way for us to achieve our goals. They are the fearless, the few brave ones that are not afraid to face challenges or adversities. They are the ones who inspires us through their actions. Their actions inspires us to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. They are the ones people barely even know at the beginning but once their work is done and their aim fulfilled, they become the great leaders of our times.
Today, I would love to introduce you to someone who has inspired me deeply. Oliver Thornton. He has inspired me in the way that I, too, could turn a personal dis-ability into an opportunity to help not only myself but others. He did not let a dis-ability define who he truly is, a beautiful soul. Let me tell you that the hardest thing is to keep going when chips are down, to keep pushing when things are harder, to remain faithful when results are not obvious. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ****************************************************** Life sometimes can be brutal.
Life sometimes can be harsh.
You put in the hours, cranked through the to-do list; you invested the effort, and got things done, but didn’t get the results you expected.
Trust me I know how it feels. But let me tell you something.
If I had to sum up in 1 word the difference between the greats and the average.
The difference between the successful and the nobodies of the world.
1 word - “DISCIPLINE”.
If you don’t have the discipline
You can forget about the trophy.
You can forget about the success, the greatness.
ALL CHAMPIONS HAVE DISCIPLINE.
It’s the discipline to work hard…
You know – NOT when everyone is watching.
But when no one is watching.
The discipline to eat strong healthy foods, when you have other tempting options.
When those around you might not be so strong.
The discipline to say NO
When those around you choose to be average.
The discipline to KEEP going WHEN IT HURTS.
Because LIFE doesn’t give you what you want.
It gives you what you deserve.
And if you haven’t worked for it.
If you haven’t sacrificed for it.
If you haven’t given your all.
Then – you don’t deserve it.
AND, you WON’T GET IT
Push through the pain.
On the other side is growth
When pain comes, that means it’s time to show character!
SHOW ME YOUR CHARACTER!
Remain disciplined.
STAY STRONG!
When it all seems hopeless:
Keep plugging away
Nothing can stop you if you don’t stop for anything
Don’t stop for anything!
Never break your discipline.
Remain faithful to yourself, and your vision.

Going public with a new company is the best decision any investor can make. Being public guarantees constant capital, more business opportunities such as merging, more liquidity, and more so better corporate image. When promoting a new company, communication is important. However, going public and gaining coverage from business and financial information channels – TVs, radio, newspapers and other media outlets, comes with a package of responsibility. You to play within the rules of the game but at the same time promote your business goals. When going public, a company must know the following; the audience will change, and its stakeholders will come to all circles of life – government, business analysts, researchers, shareholders among others.
