ARRIVED™ Los Angeles got a sneak preview of Beverly Center’s Y2K era “Cool Down at BEV” on Thursday, June 26. The summer kick-off party promoted its newest series launching this July featuring nostalgic games, vintage photo ops—including a cover mock-up of ARRIVED™ Los Angeles magazine, a live DJ dropping cool beats, tray passed chicken biscuits and mini key lime tarts by Yardbird, Nicolas Eatery sliders with sautéed onions, lobster rolls, a cocktail and mocktail bar, and soft serve scoops by Creamy Bros. Hotel professionals and their guests also got to experience Bloomingdale’s INITIO Parfums Privés custom fragrance bar and enjoyed getting reacquainted with some fun retro games. Beverly Center’s General Manager, Brian Parent, was on hand to welcome everyone and Marketing & Sponsorships Director, Celia Soudry, gave insight on the “Cool Down at BEV” series that officially launches on July 12 and runs through August 16. Beverly Center’s Marketing Specialist, Haley Williams, shared details about the shopping center’s Concierge Incentive Program before raffling off several Beverly Center raffle prizes including a custom Bloomingdale’s gift basket. The grand prize, compliments of Tony Riccio at Maverick Helicopters, was a roundtrip helicopter flight for two to Catalina Island. Each guest got to take home a Beverly Center tote bag filled with gift cards to return to L.A.’s iconic shopping and dining destination that features a curated collection of luxury, fashion and designer brands.
