Halloween Terror-misu! π» This no-bake pumpkin dessert is fa-BOO-lous!
Creamy Cello Mascarpone whipped to a tasty perfection with pumpkin purΓ©e, heavy cream and sugar & spice! Layered with ladyfingers, dusted with cocoa and creeping it real Halloween with a spooktacular graveyard theme πͺ¦

Halloween Terror-misu
Ingredients:
8oz Cello Mascarpone, room temp
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1 7oz package of ladyfingers
1 cup espresso, cooled
Topping-
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Tombstone cookies
Frosting ghosts
Instructions:
Mix together the mascarpone, pumpkin puree, sugars, pumpkin spice and vanilla until smooth
Add the heavy cream and whip until thick and creamy
Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled espresso and layer them in a 11βx7β dish
Spread half of the mascarpone pumpkin cream evenly over the ladyfingers
Repeat with a layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone pumpkin cream
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
Topping-
Whip together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form
Spread the whipped cream over the top of the tiramisu
Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with tombstone cookies and frosting ghosts
