Here are some more photos of this sweet boy I had the pleasure of being paired with for Adventure Buddy Day with LA Animal Services. We truly had the best time together!
It’s so hard for me to believe that this 2 year old boy has been waiting for his perfect match since June. He came into North Central LA Animal Shelter volunteers as an owner surrender. I imagine it was nearly impossible to let go of this angel - his wonderful demeanor, stunning eyes, and perfect manners are something nobody wants to miss out on.
For several months though now, Fox has been waiting. Waiting to be seen. Waiting to be loved. Waiting to get to go out and enjoy a toy. Waiting for a belly rub.

Fox is 2 years old, 45lbs, neutered, and simply wonderful. He plays fabulously with toys, is gentle, and doesn’t jump up or grab things - he waits for you to give it to him. How polite!!🥹 Fox loves to sniff and explore, and loves to go out. If he wants something, he’ll wag his tail and let out a few excited barks to let you know he’s interested! Fox is also noted to do well in play groups, and was excellent on our adventure with passing dogs and children - he minds his own unless another dog tries to initiate some play time! He seems to love to play. Fox does pull on leash, but that also may just be because he’s spending a lot of time in a kennel and has so much energy when he’s finally out that he wants to make the most of his time so he tries to pull and explore!
