But after seeing the changes in me, he decided to try it too ✨

Now he personally noticed:
✔️ better energy
✔️ better focus
✔️ less sluggish during long work days

Yes, we still eat out 😂🍽️💚
We don’t restrict ourselves, we don’t calorie count, and we still enjoy the food we love 🫶

We just learned how to add more balance into our lifestyle ✨
For us, it started with adding more fiber and making small consistent changes instead of cutting everything out 💚

Because honestly… food is life 😭🍜

10 months ago, I decided to become more consistent with myself 💚✨
No crash diets. No shortcuts.
I simply added tea + fiber into my daily routine 🧪✨

Almost 10 lbs down in my first 4 months…
and now officially 126 lbs 🙏✨
