Let me tell you something, folks. I’ve seen a lot of insanity come out of these leftist hellholes they call "progressive states." I’ve watched cities burn while Democrat mayors kneel to mobs. I’ve seen cops vilified while violent felons walk free with ankle bracelets and gift cards. But what just happened in Massachusetts? This might be the most brazen, most disgusting, most *in-your-face* betrayal of law enforcement I’ve seen yet.

And trust me…they’re hiding something. They’re ALWAYS hiding something.

💰$6.75 MILLION. YOUR TAX DOLLARS. GOING TO CRIMINALS WHO ATTACKED CORRECTION OFFICERS.💰

You heard me right. The Massachusetts Department of Correction… and let’s be clear, this is the "correction" system that’s supposed to protect YOU from the worst of the worst…just cut checks to roughly 150 inmates at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center. This is a MAXIMUM-SECURITY prison, folks. These aren’t jaywalkers. These aren’t guys who got caught with a little w**d in 1995. These are the hardcore criminals that society decided needed to be LOCKED AWAY from decent people.

And what did these "victims" do to earn their payout? Well, let’s go back to January 2020. Several inmates… 🫪the same inmates now getting your money🤦🏻‍♂️… launched a vicious attack on correction officers. Four officers were seriously injured. Seriously injured! These are men and women who put on a uniform every day, who go into the lion’s den to keep animals away from YOUR family, and they got beaten by the very people they were guarding.

So what happens? The prison goes into lockdown. Standard procedure. You attack guards? You get secured. That’s how civilization works… or at least, how it USED to work.

But no. Not in Massachusetts. Not in the People’s Republic of Taxachusetts, where the criminals are the victims and the cops are the villains.

🙄THE "VICTIMS"🙄

These inmates…let me say that again, INMATES in a MAXIMUM-SECURITY PRISON… claimed they were victims of "excessive force." They said officers used Tasers, pepper balls, chemical agents, K-9 units. They said they were put in stress positions.

Let me ask you something: What do you THINK should happen when you attack a correction officer? A stern talking-to? A participation trophy? These are MAXIMUM-SECURITY PRISONERS who JUST assaulted guards, and we’re supposed to believe they were treated too harshly during the subsequent lockdown?

But here’s where it gets WORSE. And I mean ☢️nuclear-level worse.

A leaked internal memo… because of course they tried to hide this, these people LOVE secrecy when it serves their agenda… revealed that SIX of the settlement recipients were actually CHARGED in that original 2020 attack on officers. We’re talking about Israel Perez, Jovani Molinari, Giovanni Buchanan, Carlos Bastos, Elosko Brown, and Jason Velez-Acosta. These names are public now. These are guys who allegedly participated in the assault that put four officers in harm’s way, and now they’re getting PAID for it.

How much? Around $38,000 to $40,000 on average. Some got as "little" as $10,000. Some probably got more. And a cool million went to the attorneys, because of course it did.

You attack a cop, you get a check. You assault a correction officer, you get a payout. Is this America anymore? Or is this some twisted upside-down world where evil is rewarded and good is punished?

🙈THE COVER-UP

But wait…it gets even BETTER. The Boston Herald tried to get the full list of recipients. You know, basic transparency. The government took YOUR money and gave it to criminals, and the taxpayers have a right to know who got paid, right?

WRONG.

The Department of Correction refused. They cited "privacy" and "safety" exemptions. SAFETY? Whose safety? The safety of the criminals who attacked guards? The safety of the people now walking around with $40,000 of your money in their pockets?

State Representative Michael Soter called it "unbelievable" and "backwards." The Massachusetts Correction Officers Federated Union called it a "disgrace." And they’re right. But let me tell you something…this isn’t just backwards. This is INTENTIONAL.

This is the leftist agenda in plain sight. They want to dismantle law enforcement. They want to make it impossible to be a cop, impossible to be a correction officer, impossible to maintain any semblance of order in a civil society. And when the criminals run wild, when the prisons become revolving doors, when the guards stop enforcing rules because they’re afraid of lawsuits and settlements… what happens then?

They get to say, "See? The system is broken. We need more reform. We need to let MORE people out. We need to defund MORE police."

And let’s talk about what else was in this settlement, because it tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about the agenda here. The DOC agreed to "policy reforms"… which is leftist code for "handcuffing the people who keep you safe."

Body-worn cameras? Fine. I’m not against transparency. But let’s be real…these cameras only ever seem to catch the one second where an officer uses force, never the five minutes of provocation that led to it.

Limits on K-9 use? So the tool that allows officers to control dangerous situations without putting hands on violent criminals… that’s being restricted.

And here’s the kicker: "diversity training" and "implicit bias training." Folks, this is the left’s religion. They believe that every problem in society can be solved if we just teach enough people that they’re secretly racist. Violent criminals are attacking guards? Must be implicit bias. Better train those officers to check their privilege while they’re getting their heads bashed in.

Oh, and an "anonymous tip line for staff misconduct." Because what every correction officer needs is another weapon in the hands of the very people they’re guarding. You think that won’t be abused? You think violent felons won’t use that to harass and target officers they don’t like?

Rhode Island didn’t used to have a corruption problem. It has a corruption culture. And the only thing that’s changed is how hard the political class works to convince you it’s been “fixed.”

Fixed? Please.
