Lester Isbill, the 74-year-old Monroe County man who died in February after being held more than nine hours in a restraint chair by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, succumbed due to circumstances that include dehydration and constant restraint in that chair, a newly amended autopsy report shows.

Chris Brown shared his concern regarding reports of missing children in Virginia. According to data from the Virginia State Police (VSP), it was reported last week that 88 children went missing and were registered with the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse, which handles cases of missing children. This number is lower than the weekly average for 2025, which stands at 98 missing children in Virginia.
