RAGBRAI 2023: Day 3 - Carroll to Ames, 103 miles with 1,237 ‘ of climb. Long day but overcast skies kept the temperatures down. We visited some roads we have been down in the past but the day ended with a spin around Jack Trice Stadium. Pass through towns included Glidden, Jefferson, Rippey and Luther. Tonight it was a evening at the Holiday Inn!!
