I have been DYING to share this… it’s not the store front we initially wanted, maybe soon…..but still EXCITING

Sweet Chaos by Niah is getting access to a COMMERCIAL KITCHEN! 🥹😭

Up until now, I’ve been doing ALL of this from a smaller than ideal kitchen usually baking around 5 cheesecakes a week, on top of cookies, cake pops, banana pudding, Oreos and everything else Sweet Chaos has turned into.

But this changes EVERYTHING.

With the commercial kitchen, I’ll have the ability to produce 30–40 CHEESECAKES A WEEK. 🤯

That means:
✨ SIGNIFICANTLY more weekly inventory
✨ More cheesecake flavors
✨ More slices available
✨ More treats
✨ More pop-ups & events
✨ More room for Sweet Chaos to GROW

What started as me baking cheesecakes in a tiny kitchen has turned into something I genuinely never expected, and y’all have kept me BUSY enough that the little kitchen just can’t keep up anymore. 😂🩷

We’re going from 5 cheesecakes a week to potentially 30–40.

Sweet Chaos isn’t so little anymore. 🥹
