If you’re walking through a season of uncertainty, disappointment, illness, loss, or simply wondering where God is in the middle of your circumstances, this conversation is a beautiful reminder that God is present, He is working, and He is sustaining you-even when you can’t see it.

What do you do when life doesn’t go according to plan?
For Dominique Infante, the answer has been to keep searching for God-even in the hardest places.

Her journey has taken her through some incredibly difficult seasons including the challenges of ministry, cancer and kidney disease, job displacement, and divorce.

Through every unexpected turn, she has witnessed the compassion, faithfulness, and intentionality of God.

We talk about what it means to trust God when you don’t understand what He is doing, and how feelings can mislead us-but faith is a choice. You may not feel courageous, but you can still choose courage. You may not be able to see what God is doing, but that doesn’t mean He isn’t working.

Dominique shares how God has sustained her in her weakness and reminds us that His strength is made perfect when ours runs out.

Are you wondering if you’re supposed to tell your story? Maybe the whole story isn’t meant to be shared publicly. But you CAN tell others about the “wonderful things” He does!

“I will tell everyone about your righteousness. All day long I will proclaim your saving power, though I am not skilled with words. I will praise your mighty deeds, O Sovereign LORD. I will tell everyone that you alone are just. O God, you have taught me from my earliest childhood, and I constantly tell others about the wonderful things you do.”

When I originally read this verse, I immediately thought - this is a “Tell His Story Verse!” And it is. There’s a lot of them!

But! It’s not what I thought. Paul doesn’t say “tell the Gentiles what God has done for you.”
He says “tell the Gentiles what God has done for THEM!”

Your testimony is one of the most powerful evangelism tools you have. But nothing is more pivotal than sharing the gospel with those that don’t know Him!

Who’s a Gentile? Most of us! - Anyone that’s not Jewish or part of the covenant people of Israel.

What has God done for them? He’s made a way for them to be a part of His family *through Christ* without having to earn their place.

How did He make a way? ““For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.”

When the flood is overwhelming, He is mightier.

I wonder what the psalmist was going through. He must have lived in a town close to the water. Maybe he fished and spent a lot of his time on a boat?

He knew floods. He knew the power of water.

What did he experience in his life that was as chaotic as the waters? 🌊

What about you? He is mightier.

Here we are talking about the episode of The Chosen where Little James is used to heal others and asks Jesus why he won’t be healed. Jacque Oldfield Reinhart explains Jesus’ response (in the show.) and her perspective on her prayer for healing.

We can’t understand how God makes his decisions. We are not Omniscient like Him! But sometimes he lets us see a glimpse of what he’s up to! 🙌🏽
