I made chicken Alfredo but with the garden banana peppers and a heavy cheese sauce with American, pepper jack, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. It really gave it a totally different taste. I added 3 cloves of fresh garlic and olive oil seasoned the chicken and let it sit a hour before searing it then added all the cheeses and heavy whipping cream. Cooked the String beans that my friend Sherry had canned it was a totally delicious meal tonight. I should have recorded it, but I had prayer and to much else going on the baby wanted to be held extra long tonight we passed him around between me Kaeden and Kamilah now he’s fine sometimes he just wants to be held so of course we will hold him no matter what else we need to do. He’s doing so much better and today when I went to pick them all up he ran to me smiling it turned my heart to mush it was the best feeling in the world. He’s finally warming up to me. I wish it was his mom instead of me, but the Lord knows what’s best. If she can see this I pray that she gets better I’m not trying to take her place they love and need their mom. I’ll be here for them and I will do the best I can for them, but Stephanie they need you. Please try harder for your children they love you and so do I.
