Born2BFit In March of 2023, I couldnt sit or stand w/o pain. Therapy, epidurals, meds etc. nothing helped. The pain was so bad that i couldnt walk. The recovery was crucial.

In Dec 2023, I had back surgery! They said i wouldnt be able to continue with my passion…..
