I’m equal parts iced coffee and Dr Pepper, fluent in Disney, Harry Potter and 80’s/90’s movie quotes, and the type of Hufflepuff who will say yes to a new adventure before you finish asking.

I’m the friend who celebrates unbirthdays and random Tuesdays, collects Minnie ears like it’s a sport, and somehow turns wild ideas into fully planned trips before the coffee kicks in.

This is my version of an About Me post, the real stuff, written by the people who’ve seen me laugh until I cry, cry until I laugh, and smile my way through it all.

For her 8th birthday we skipped the birthday party this year and she spent the afternoon at the DC/Tysons Corner store. She had a personal shopper who helped her pick out her doll, who she named Rose. Rose and Kaylee also got their ears pierced together at the store by the most wonderful store associate and then we had a birthday lunch at the American Girl bistro.

She kept thanking her Dad and I for the day and kept saying she was a lucky girl and it was the Best Day Ever. 💕 Thank you for the memories!
