At some point in UGC you will run into issues with timely payment from brands. I was working with an agency and the payment terms were Net 10 days, but it took them over 30 days to make the payment. Today I received the payment! Stay kind and professional folks!

Do you know what a Yooperlite is? They are a sodalite-rich syenite rock that glows under a UV light. We had the pleasure of meeting the guy who discovered them, Erik Rintamaki. We visited his store to purchase the needed UV lights to upgrade the ones we had.

This week we found over 50 Yooperlites along the shores of Lake Superior. I think we found a new hobby!

I'm amazed at some of the things AI can do. I took a photo of Roxy and entered in a prompt to have ChatGPT change it to a watercolor painting and here it is. I love it and will be printing it out for my office.

Good prompts in = great output! I use ChatGPT to help me with my UGC business and it saves me so much time.
