It changes portion size, meal timing, snacking and total digestive load.

That’s why you can feel “fine all week” and feel rough by Sunday night without one obvious trigger food 😖 Sometimes it’s not one thing. It’s the overall amount plus the looser structure of the weekend.

Snacks stack up. Meals get bigger. Timing gets weird. And your gut notices 🍽️

That’s a really useful pattern to pay attention to if your digestion tends to get worse after weekends 💛
