An Alabama native, Mark started in textile manufacturing before making the switch to automotive manufacturing- first with a Tier-1 supplier and then making the move to Toyota USA. His career with Toyota now stretches past the 20 year mark and he is bringing his decades of expertise and experience to the first class operation known as Mazda Toyota Manufacturing. Mark takes us through every aspect of the journey for MTM to build their first-of-its-kind facility in Huntsville and the many challenges they faced and, more importantly, how they have overcome them - to include protecting two endangered fish species, endemic to Limestone County. EP 57 is up! EXCLUSIVE interview with Joseph Carlucci, Owner of Valentina’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar in Madison, AL. Joe just competed and won it ALL at the World Pizza Games in Las Vegas. He is the reigning World Champion in the Traditional category, and this year he won the Non-Traditional category and then went on to compete and win the coveted Pizza Maker of the Year!! What Joe accomplished is unprecedented!
At the end of the episode Joe surprised M Troy Bye by telling him that he has decided to add his winning recipe to the Valentina's menu and call it "Our Town". All customers will have the opportunity to try the "Our Town" very soon!!

Joe Carlucci did it again!!! The reigning Champion for the traditional category, Joe not only won the Southeast region at this year's competition, but he also won Pizza Maker of the Year for the non-traditional category.
Joe will detail all that went down during last week's competition in Vegas in which some of Valentina's staff also competed.

EP 56 is up! Born and raised in South Jersey, our town of North Alabama is privileged to have citizens like Kerry Straub call this home. The son of hard working parents and brothers, Kerry graduated from Rutgers University, served his country in the GoArmy before then deciding to apply to the FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation and subsequently becoming an Agent. He retired after 20+ years with the Bureau working some amazing cases during his tenure. Kerry now leads the Huntsville Area Crime Stoppers organization, which encourages citizens to provide any info or tips that could lead to an arrest for any unsolved case(s). Kerry's transparency and insights are incredible during this episode.
