The level of prep can take just as long as the event itself.
-Multiple consultations and check ins
-Making music crates specific to the event for must plays and DO NOT PLAYS
-Writing & Filing contracts
-Extra equipment load/unload/set up/tear downs
-Everything has to be perfect and precise
