🐒 BIG STUMP MONKEY NEWS! 🐒

The best employee I ever had worked beside me during the first summer of Stump Monkey Tree Service. He helped me get this business off the ground and played a big part in getting us where we are today.

Then winter came, and my son moved on to bigger and better things—literally. He’s been building houses ever since! 🏠🔨

But apparently, building houses wasn’t quite as exciting as working with his old man. 😂 He’s getting ready to give his two-week notice and come back to help me build Stump Monkey Tree Service into a Fortune 500 company!

Okay…maybe we’ll start by shooting for the Fortune 499. 😂

I’m proud of everything he has learned, and I’m even prouder that he wants to come back and help grow what we started together.

Welcome back to the monkey crew, son! Let’s build this thing! 🐒🌳💪

Every morning on my walk, I stop by Mid America Realty. There are usually two to four ladies inside doing crafts, beading, and all kinds of girly stuff.

Meanwhile, I’m standing outside thinking, “You know what this place really needs? A giant chainsaw-wielding monkey.” 😂🐒🪚

Sorry, ladies—the beads may have to make room for chainsaws, stump-grinder parts, and a crew of monkeys. 😂

I haven’t bought the building… yet. Maybe I’ll stop in during my next morning walk and see if they’ll trade it for a friendship bracelet!
