WE ARE OFFICIAL. The Business Agency has a brand new website, social media presence, happy clients, a growing team, and an exciting place to call home! We are so grateful to those of you who have cheered us on from the very beginning.
Mike, John, and Ian had a Founders' meeting in late 2017 about executing on our core principles and vision. Among many things, we discussed how to:
Build a start-up with institutional strength and agility;
Ensure we create this business for the right reasons;
Develop a trusting client base using credibility and knowledge;
Create a scalable enterprise by assisting the small and medium-sized business market;
Attract, retain and empower top talent to boost company growth and maintain our values; and
Replicate all of the above for our clients.
The list goes on, but the fact remains that The Business Agency was created to withstand many common challenges that thwart early stage ventures in order to last "forever." The foundation of "Why we did it" is simple: deep down, most people dream of owning a business one day. We are all dormant entrepreneurs with the capability and diligence to do great things in business and in life. Among many lessons we have learned along the way, the one that consistently rose above the others was: "Better together." When you join forces, rewards amplify, risks decrease, and life just gets... better.
A heartfelt thank you to the Malibu and Conejo Valley business community who, through little more than shared connections, allowed us to ramp up and prove ourselves. That trust came full circle last Friday at the City of Malibu's State of the City, and the out pour of support that followed was unexpected and well-appreciated.
