📣 Public Service Announcement

It’s that time of year when those “official-looking” domain renewal letters start showing up. If you get one from Domain Name Services, (Domain Info, DNS Services, Domain Listings, etc.) don’t panic and definitely don’t pay it.

These services exist to trick you into transferring your domain to their platform. Their pricing is higher and their service is questionable, at best. And getting your domain back to a service of your choice - near impossible.

So, go ahead and use that "bill" as a coaster, fire starter, or toss it straight into the recycling bin. If you’re unsure about your actual domain renewals or what to expect, reach out. I’m happy to help you sort it out without switching anything.

A little Tuesday history lesson ...

Veterans Day goes back to the end of World War I on November 11, 1918. The day became known as Armistice Day; a day to honor those who served in what was then called “the war to end all wars.”

Years later, in 1954, President Eisenhower signed a bill renaming it Veterans Day, expanding its meaning to recognize all who’ve served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Today, we carry on that tradition by honoring the men and women who’ve served our country. Thank you for your service!
