Simple Monday Morning Family Routines to Set the Tone for the Week

Mondays don’t have to feel rushed and stressful. A few small routines can make the whole family start the week on the right foot:

1. Quick Goal Check – Ask: “What’s one thing you want to accomplish this week?” (Kids love this too!)

2. Positive Words – Speak affirmations over each other like “You’ve got this!” or “I believe in you and you are the best.

3. Family Hug – A simple hug before leaving sets the tone of love and support.

4. Laying of hands on the kids and making positive declarations is another way we start off our monday mornings

Small routines, big impact. A calm, connected Monday morning can carry your family through the whole week.
