This is not my post .. but, it hits home !

WOW! No wonder small businesses are struggling! We can’t afford to not go up on prices when one egg is .40 cents. To put it into prospective; one batch of our cheesecake takes 50 eggs. That one batch produces 9 cheesecakes which costs $20 in just eggs alone without adding any other items to cost. So roughly total cost to produce 9 plain cheesecakes is $96. When I opened 6 years ago, the cost of a batch of our cheesecakes cost me $33. 🤯
