**Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes**

Ingredients:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 1 large egg
* 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

1. Whisk dry ingredients in bowl.
2. In separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until combined. Batter should still be slightly lumpy.
4. Heat non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
5. Drop 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto skillet or griddle.
6. Cook 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface and edges start to dry. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Nutrition facts (per serving): 240 calories, 4g protein, 12g fat, 30g carbs

💡💡💡Clean your dishwasher every three months or so.
Take apart the filter and the cover and power wash it with detergent and vinegar. Put It back and do one empty cycle. Repeat every 3 months 💡

* 1 tbsp raw honey
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 1/2 cup warm water

Mix and drink as needed.

**Or try this Turmeric Tea:**

* 1 cup hot water
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 1/2 tsp ginger powder
* 1 tsp honey (optional)

Mix and drink 2-3 times a day.
