collagen cookie dough bites

My favorite snack / sweet treat to meal prep for the week!

Ingredients:
1 scoop collagen
1/ cup oat flour (adjust as needed)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 heaping tbsp nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
Chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Mix oat flour, collagen, and salt
2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla
3. Stir until it forms a thick cookie dough
4. Place in the fridge for about 10 min to let batter harden
5. Roll into balls

You can make these two ways! Either mix chocolate chips into the dough or roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate for a chocolate-covered version. Both are delicious ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

(If the batter is too sticky, add more oat flour - 1-2 tbsp at a time. If itโ€™s too dry/crumbly, add a little more coconut oil or peanut butter)

RAW MILK STRAWBERRY CREAMI๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅ›

ingredients:
Raw milk or coconut milk
1 cup organic strawberries
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
1/4 cup organic maple syrup

recipe:
Add all ingredients to a Ninja Creami container, then pour in milk until you reach the fill line. Freeze overnight. Once frozen, run on the ice cream setting. Remove, add a splash of milk, then respin

So so yum xx ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
