Crazy. While on the road. Friend says she has a band that needed a drummer for last night and possibly if good nuff then tonight as well.
Hmmm. Had no set list, had not met nor jammed w the fella's before, in addition it was mostly "OK country," and I being a "RUNK" style of drummer (Rock/Funk) this can be intimidating (unless u have spent ungodly amounts of time on shuffles over the past 2yrs). Plus it wasn't even my kit.
So, If you know me or have worked w me, u know this was "no problem" for me, shoot at any concert ever if i am asked ...HELL YA I'LL PLAY!
We gelled nice as the night when on and since we were asked back again tonight, had to push stuff back a day so i could "play."
Man i MISSED the stage!!!!!
