Woman Allegedly Assaulted By Roommate’s Boyfriend! ‼️

Dear Reader,

Those who protect predators and r*pists should receive consequences for doing so, in my opinion.

It happens far too often.

Mothers refusing to believe their daughters were assaulted by a partner, girlfriends of r*apists telling a victim that what they experienced "wasn’t real”…..the list goes on and on.

So let me introduce an individual to you - JOSHUA BUAY KUAR. 🚨

He doesn’t appear in the Minnesota record database, as this seems to be his first documented event.
It’s a bit scary to think that there might be other unreported incidents!

📍On June 9th, 2026 Mankato police were called to a residence after a report of s*xual assault came in.
Police spoke to the Victim and a witness who was also there and on the lease.

The Victim detailed how she had been in her room the day before, and that the witness had her boyfriend over.
The victim was sitting on the floor in her room alone, close to the bed and scrolling through her phone.

📍At some point, Joshua left his girlfriend’s room and reportedly walked into the victim’s, wearing only a towel wrapped around his waist according to the report.
He allegedly began disgustingly"rubbing” himself through the towel obscenely in front of the victim.

According to the report, he then suddenly grabbed the victim and violently assaulted her.

The victim was brave enough to detail to the officers that she tried to fight him off, and was very vocally telling Joshua "No” repeatedly.

As a result of the assault, the Victim had blood in her underwear and bleeding from multiple areas.
The report is clear in telling us that she was extremely shaken up and in shock. 💔

📍But she bravely went to the hospital and underwent a s*xual assault forensic exam to start documentation of what had happened.

The Victim was reportedly shown a driver’s license photo of Joshua at one point and confirmed that was the individual
that assaulted her.

While one officer was taking the victim’s statement, another had been speaking with the alleged r*pists’s girlfriend.
The witness told police that after the victim told her of the assault, an argument broke out.

📍While speaking with the witness, the officer noticed that the phone’s screen she was holding showed the name of "Joshua” and that she was currently speaking to him while being interviewed by the officer! 😳

She then stated that she was "speaking to her boyfriend.”

The officer was able to get Joshua’s phone number from her, and after searching law enforcement records was able to identify who he was.
The officer then tried to reach out to Joshua through the telephone, but couldn’t reach him.

Surprisingly a short time later, Joshua reportedly contacted dispatch and requested to speak with an officer.
The call was transferred to the officer on scene, and at that point he was able to convince Joshua to come in for an interview.

At the Public Safety Center, the Officer verified Joshua’s identity and read him his Miranda Rights.
He responded that he understood his rights and agreed to proceed forward with the interview.

During the interview, he allegedly admitted that he “lost his control.”
Joshua also told the Officer that he did "try to stick his p*nis” inside of the Victim.

📍Officers then placed Joshua under arrest, but he was too intoxicated for the jail to accept and was placed in Detox.

📍He was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on June 12th, three days later.

He has been charged with 1st Degree Criminal S*xual Conduct - Pe*******on and bail has been set.

I hope that the victim is able to heal and has a good support system.
I am incredibly proud of her for pursuing justice, even in the face of denial from others. Hang in there! 👊🏻

Small Town Minnesota Man Caught With Hundreds Of Child Abuse Material! 😡

Dear Reader,

LUKE ANDREW BENSON doesn’t have much of a criminal history here in Minnesota, and so I’ll cut to the details fairly quick this time. 📝

📍An investigation into the Mapleton, Minnesota man reportedly began in November of 2022 after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received tips and sent them to the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office.

Disgustingly, the tips were related to "hundreds of uploaded images" on an account flagged by a business as containing "child s*x abuse material."

According to the complaint, a detective linked the One Drive account to Luke. 🎯

📍The investigation continued into May and June of 2023, when the facility reported it had received ten additional tips about images allegedly uploaded by Luke.

The complaint states that those images were uploaded between May 30 and June 16.

📍Law enforcement then used a search warrant on Luke’s residence on August 2nd, and the detective at that point reportedly found images on his laptop containing "child s*x abuse material." 💔

Luke was ultimately charged with Possess Pornographic Work; Minor under 14.

📍He was convicted of a Felony for this possession and sentenced to over 36 months at the St. Cloud facility.

📍In June of 2026, a warrant was issued for Luke’s arrest after he violated his probation.

It looks like he either turned himself in, or was arrested as we can see that he was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on June 15th.

📍Luke has an upcoming hearing on June 25th for this violation.

Man Charged With Fleeing Police - Multiple Domestic Abuse Incidents! 🚓

Dear Reader,

Have you ever heard the quote, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them?”

ABLAZA KALEN CHAVEZ doesn’t have many criminal records in the state of Minnesota, but the ones that he does have are violent. 📝

📍In November of 2022 near Virginia, Minnesota two charges appear; Domestic Assault and a DANCO Violation.

This tells us that a protection order was already in place from a previous incident, one that does not show up in Minnesota records.
So this man not only violated that order, but he reportedly then assaulted the victim for possibly a second time.

For this incident, he was given 90 days in jail and Supervised Probation with a condition to complete a Domestic Abuse Batterer's Intervention Program.

📍In the same year, a warrant for Ablaza’s arrest was issued due to him violating his probation.

For an entire year until 2024, he evaded the arrest. 😳

📍Then on October 7th, 2024 police were called after more Domestic Violence reports came in.
Charges of Domestic Assault and Interfering With a 911 Call tell us an ugly story; one that must have made the victim terrified.

Ablaza was convicted of a Gross Misdemeanor for his actions, but only 44 days of jail time.
He was also given two years of Probation, but the record shows that he was offered UNSUPERVISED probation for the second year, which is wild to me considering the violence shown. ‼️

📍Only a month later, another warrant for Ablaza’s arrest was issued for violating his probation and then the very next month after that, another one!

Maybe with a magician’s name like Ablaza, he learned how to disappear? 🪄

Then in December of 2024, things shockingly escalated.

📍Charges of 2nd Degree Assault With A Weapon, Domestic Assault, Threats of Violence and Violation of a No Contact Order were placed against him.

Thankfully justice was served this time, as he was given a Felony Conviction and 12 months of imprisonment in the St. Cloud Facility.
I will note that there was an order in place to discharge Ablaza from probation after he completed his jail time; again this doesn’t make sense to me at all.

Why would you want a dangerous reoffender out and unrestricted from harming his victim(s) again? 😡

Well, it wasn’t long before Ablaza struck again.

📍In June of 2025, charges of 1st Degree Burglary, Domestic Assault and Fleeing Police were placed against him.

He did receive another Felony conviction for his actions, and 18 months in jail which I’m sure was a relief for the victim.

📍More recently on June 5th, the 24 year old was booked into the St. Louis County Jail on multiple probation violations.

His bail is only $1,000.

Mankato Man Preys On Mentally Impaired Victim! 😡

Dear Reader,

S*xual Offenders are scum, but they are extra scummy when preying on the most vulnerable of us.

But before we get into that, let’s take a peek at BRADLEY ALLEN SCHLUETER’s history. 📝

📍He first appears in Minnesota records in 1988; he was charged with an Aggravated DUI which led to a Gross Misdemeanor conviction and 30 days in jail.

📍Between 1993 - 2013 Bradley had charges related to DUI, Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Check Forgery, Trespassing and Legal Obstruction.

📍Then on April 14th, 2013 he chose to do something far more sinister.

The charge of 3rd Degree Criminal S*xual Conduct is disgusting enough, but that wasn’t all.
There is an added detail to the charge; Victim Is Mentally Impaired/Helpless. 😢

I’m sure that’s enough of a picture for you to determine what happened.

Bradley was ultimately convicted of a Gross Misdemeanor and sentenced to 365 days of jail time in the Mankato, Minnesota area.

📍Over the next couple of years, Bradley would intentionally violate the Predatory Registry three times, Flee From Police and had multiple warrants issued for his arrest.

📍Just recently on June 12th, 2026 Bradley was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on another charge of Predatory Offender - Knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement.

This may be a violation and not necessarily a new charge.

Man Choked Woman In Headlock - Angry About Room Being Messy! 😳

Dear Reader,

I think MATTHEW JAMES JEFFERSON might have the biggest left cheekbone I’ve ever seen!
(Never thought I’d form that sentence.)

📍Not only does he have a unique look, but between 2010 - 2017 he had charges related to Disorderly Conduct, Driving After Suspension and Threats of Violence.

📍Then on July 9th, 2017 far more serious charges started to appear in the Virginia, Minnesota area.

Domestic Assault With Fear Of Death and Disorderly Conduct brought only a Misdemeanor conviction, and unsupervised probation for this incident which is quite disturbing.

Records do show that a DANCO protective order was placed for the victims safety. 💔

📍Only a year passed before Matthew was charged with another serious crime; 2nd Degree Burglary and Terroristic Threats.

He received a Felony conviction with fifteen months to serve at the St. Cloud Facility and Supervised Probation.
This was a chance for Matthew to take a moment and reflect on his future; he could have come out of jail focused on leading a fulfilling and meaningful life. 📝

📍But on January 23rd, 2022 horrifying details came to the surface.

Officers responded to a call that morning following reports of a domestic violence incident.
The caller told authorities that his friend was the victim of an alleged domestic incident with Matthew, who was her boyfriend.

The victim told police that she had been in a verbal argument with Matthew over the bedroom being messy. 🧦

Reportedly the large cheekboned man balled up his fist during the fight as if he was going to hit her.
She told him to leave, which Matthew did and she was able to shut and lock the door.

According to the complaint, the victim said Mathew then suddenly punched through the glass on the door, and broke it down.
The victim ran to her bedroom to escape him, but he followed her to her bedroom and allegedly hit her on the back of her head with a closed fist. ‼️

She was reportedly left with a large bump on the back of her head, and told police that she wasn’t sure where he ran off to.

📍The next day at roughly 11:44 a.m. officers received another report of a domestic disturbance at the residence.
When officers arrived, they found the victim crying and lying on the ground in a reportedly bad state.

According to the criminal complaint, she told officers that when she arrived home she went to open her bedroom door and found it locked.
While trying to open the locked door, Matthew burst the door open and proceeded to put the victim in a headlock! 😡

She told authorities that he angrily asked her if she had called the cops on him; but it doesn’t sound like he gave her much time to respond as she reportedly started to lose consciousness during the attack.

But thankfully, he let her go and left after taking her cell phone away.

Officers located the suspect walking on a snowmobile trail near the residence a short time later, and when the suspect noticed police he hopped the fence nearby and fled.
After around three hours, officers were finally able to detain him.

Matthew’s actions resulted in another Felony Conviction and 24 months of jail.

📍Just recently on June 11th, 2026 Matthew was booked into the St. Louis County Jail on a charge of violating his probation.

No bail has been set.

Woman Steals Checks Out Of Mailboxes - Goes On Shopping Spree! 📭

Dear Reader,

I remember being told as a kid that taking mail out of someone’s mailbox was a crime, and how silly that sounded to me.

Who would want to steal boring old mail? 🥱

Turns out, ANDREA LEIGH GUNDERSON would, and did.

📍We first see this sticky fingered bandit in 2004, when she was convicted and charged with 5th Degree Assault in the Brooklyn Park, Minnesota area.

She was given ten days in jail, and UNSUPERVISED probation!
I’ll never understand giving that to people convicted of violent crimes.

📍Between 2005 - 2011 Andrea had charges related to Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Driving After Suspension and Theft over $1000.

📍Then in March of 2011, reports of mail being stolen in Eagan and Apple Valley areas came in.

Reports say that Andrea was stealing mail, but more specifically checks that she was then altering.
After changing the checks, she would then cash them at various banks.

But that wasn’t all.

Andrea was SO bold, that she used one of the victim’s banking information to make purchases at several stores, including Walmart, Kwik Trip and T.J. Maxx. 🛒

After she was identified as the thief, police issued a nationwide warrant for her arrest.

📍On March 8, according to the complaint, Andrea contacted Apple Valley police to find out why they were looking for her. 😳

An officer told her he wanted to talk about a check being fraudulently cashed at Walmart, and asked if she knew about it.

Andrea replied, “Yeah.” According to the report.

She allegedly then told the officer she would call him back and make arrangements to meet him to discuss the matter.

She never did. 🤷

Eventually, Andrea was found and booked in April of the same year.
She was charged and convicted of Check Forgery, landing her a Gross Misdemeanor and six months of jail time in the Ramsay County Facility.

📍After 2012, three warrants for Andrea’s arrest were issued due to either probation violations or not showing up for hearings.

📍Between 2012 - 2023 she also had charges related to Identity Theft, Traffic Collision, (with failure to notify owner of damaged property) Mail Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Legal Obstruction and 5th Degree Assault.

📍Just recently on June 11th, 2026 Andrea was booked into the Hennepin County Jail after being picked up in Robbinsdale.

She has been charged with Check Forgery, Fleeing Police and Receiving Stolen Property.
It is not known at the time if these are new charges, or violations.

Minnesota Man Charged With Burglary - Fleeing Police!

Dear Reader,

GATTIEK TUT CHOL’s criminal history could make an entire book! 📝

📍He first appears in 2008, when he was charged with Aiding and Abetting - Receiving Stolen Property in the Mankato, Minnesota area.

The theft value was between $1000-$5,000 and Gattiek was sentenced to 30 days in jail for his part in the theft.

📍But only a year later in 2009, he was involved in another theft.

He was charged and convicted of 2nd Degree Burglary, landing himself a Felony and another 30 days in jail with Supervised Probation this time.

📍Then in December of 2010, someone called 911 after recognizing Gattiek on Mankato’s Most Wanted website.
He had violated his probation, which resulted in him being placed on the list, according to reports.

Police then coordinated in an attempt to apprehend Gattiek at a Champion Auto store, hoping to detain him without incident.

But it wouldn’t be so easy; the 6’5 thief led police on a ten minute exercise in which both the State Patrol and Sheriff’s Department were involved.

Eventually, he was caught and taken into custody.
After being searched, police allegedly recovered a pellet gun which was taken.🔫

Surprisingly, Gattiek was only charged with Possession of An Assault Weapon, which he wasn’t allowed to have as a convicted Felon for a Crime Of Violence.

This led to another Felony and more severe jail time of 60 months at the St. Cloud facility.

📍Gattiek had minor speeding charges over the next couple of years, and then in 2016 was pulled over for a suspected impaired driving.
He was found to be under the influence and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

📍Between 2016 - 2023 Gattiek had charges related to Driving After Revocation, DWI, Open Bottle, 5th Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

He also had over six different warrants out for his arrest between 2015 - 2025.

📍Just recently on June 12th, 2026 Gattiek was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on one charge; Fleeing Police In a Motor Vehicle.

Usually there is some disbelief at lack of jail time for the actions an individual has taken, but in this case Gattiek actually received a decent amount throughout the years.

But this new charge makes me wonder, has it been enough?

Red Wing Man Charged With Assault - Back In Jail!

I think ERIC JOHN BREUER would probably do well if he wanted to cosplay as Jack from The Shining movie. 🔪

Let’s take a peek at his history to see if his records are as wild as his mugshot picture! 📝

📍In 2005, Eric was charged right off the bat with 5th Degree Assault With Fear of Death and Domestic Assault in Goodhue County, Minnesota.

This surprisingly only led to a Misdemeanor conviction, and three days in jail. 😢

Seven years passed, and with it hope that he was going to make better choices.

But on June 2nd, 2013 he assaulted someone.

📍Charges of 5th Degree Assault, 3rd Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct were issued against him.
Once again, he was only convicted of a Misdemeanor and received probation for a year.

It is truly mind boggling that people who are proven to be harmful to others aren’t punished more severely.

📍Between 2017 - 2025 Eric had charges related to Disorderly Conduct, Driving After Revocation and DWI.

📍Just recently on June 9th, 2026 Eric was booked by Red Wing police into the Goodhue County Jail for a violation from a previous conviction.

His projected release date is June 28th.

Mankato Man Caught Sending Child Abuse Material! ‼️

Dear Reader,

CHARLES TIMOTHY BROWN doesn’t have much of a record here in Minnesota.
In fact, only three pop up when you search for him in the Minnesota database. 📝

But that may be intentional.

Men who distribute child S*xual Abuse Material tend to play it on the safe side, working hard not to be caught.

📍Charles had one DWI conviction in January of 2024, and then in October of the same year a Detective with the Mankato, Minnesota police department discovered something shocking.

Before I dive into this, let me issue a trigger warning; these details are graphic and absolutely disgusting. Please feel free to scroll on if you aren’t in a place to read through. 💔

📍The detective learned that an individual that was traced to Mankato had distributed child S*xual Abuse material to the FBI who was working in an undercover capacity.

The Detective first observed a video distributed on August 30, 2024, of a female child between the ages of approximately 5 to 9 years old being forced into oral s*x on an adult male.

Upon distributing the video, the profile stated, “Don’t we all want this? I would love a 5 and 6 yr to do that to me.” 😡😡

The profile then posted another video of a 9 to 11-year-old female being forced to do the same act on adult male.
The suspect also admitted to the undercover FBI agent that he had experience with a six-year-old he was babysitting!

📍Through investigation, law enforcement was able to track the profile to an IP address. A subpoena was sent to the Internet company who provided the subscriber’s name as Charles Brown.

Officers then executed a search warrant, seized several electronic devices and spoke with Charles.
It was then that he confessed to using that profile to create “tribute videos.”

He admitted to looking at all
ages of videos and detailed how he gets s*xual gratification from them.
He also said it was all a fantasy and that he "Would never would get hands-on with a child.”

When the detective looked at the evidence on Charles’s electronic devices, he sent and received over 13,000 messages on the application, or website that he had been using.
In some of these messages, Charles was asking for pictures or videos of young daughters to m*sterbate to. In one message, Charles tells another user that he likes them “5 to 10” in reference to age.

The Agent found 21 videos saved in Charles’s account there were obvious depictions of child abuse material.
Of the videos, 9 were uploaded by Charles on six sperate days and showed extremely explicit material that I will not elaborate on. 😢

In the over thousand messages on this website, Charles often asked material of wives and daughter of other users.
In one message to another user who states that have a 13 and 7 year old daughter, Charles requested pictures and stated that he wanted to be active with "the younger one.”

📍Ultimately, he was convicted of two Felonies and sentenced to serve 106 months in the St. Cloud facility, to start on last Wednesday, June 10th.

A bench warrant was issued on June 9th for failing to appear for a hearing as well, and Charles was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail a day later, on June 10th.

Usually I will end each post with hope for the individual to have a better life, etc but that will not be the case this time.
While I’m glad that he will be serving time, I am not interested in him living a happy life going forward.

Minnesota Man Charged With Strangulation! 😡

Dear Reader,

No matter how angry you get with family or a partner, please don’t resort to strangling them.

📍TODD PAUL PEDERSEN first appears in 2016 when he was charged with Duty To Drive With Due Care in the Blaine, Minnesota area.

This led to a Petty Misdemeanor conviction, and a fee of $188.

📍The only other charge documented besides minor speeding offenses was in 2021, when he was charged with Careless Driving.

The reason I’m making a post about Todd today, is because he was booked into the St. Louis County Jail in Duluth on June 9th for an extremely alarming charge; 📝

Domestic Assault By Strangulation. ‼️

This is the first documented time in Minnesota that Todd has domestic violence charges, and hopefully it will be his last.
Folks, please don’t feel embarrassed to take anger management classes or therapy.

Emotional regulation is an important skill to develop.

While I acknowledge that growing up in some households never held space for it, we are responsible as adults to make sure that we treat the people around us with respect and care.
