Woman Charged With Another DWI And Giving Police False Name!

Dear Reader,

OLIVIA JANET may be pretty, but her records show a severe carelessness for the safety of others. 😢

📍In 2020, Olivia was pulled over for a suspected impaired driving in the Rochester, Minnesota area.
Charges of Open Bottle and Failure to stop at a stop sign were included, and then dismissed.

Ultimately she was convicted of a Misdemeanor and sentenced to 90 days in jail with Supervised Probation. 🏢

📍2022 brought a charge of failure to notify a victim; it appears she crashed into a vehicle and then left the scene without notifying authorities or the victim about the crash.
She received another Misdemeanor and paid $179 in fees.

📍Olivia then went on to have three more DWI related charges and convictions, one of which that landed her 44 days of jail time.

📍Just recently, Olivia was booked into the Olmsted County Jail on two charges; DWI and giving Police a False Name.

I really think that a treatment program would be beneficial for Olivia as she seems to be struggling.

Woman Charged With Drug Sales and Violating Assault Protection Order!

Dear Reader,

Sloppiness always leads to you getting caught.

📍We first see our tattooed lady AMBER RAE MURILLA in 2011, when she faced charges of possessing Drug Paraphernalia in the Mankato, Minnesota area.

This led to a Petty Misdemeanor conviction, and a fee of $50.

📍A year later brought her first documented theft conviction in the Waseca area.
She was fined a little over $200 dollars, and was given no jail time.

📍Only a couple of months later, Amber was caught selling drugs and convicted of 3rd Degree Drug sales.
This time she received a Felony, and was sentenced to serve 21 months in jail.

📍Between 2018 - 2022 she had charges related to Theft, (three times) Burglary, Trespassing, 5th Degree Drug Possession, Giving Police a False Name, 5th Degree Assault, and Check Forgery. (Twice.)

📍Just recently on May 31st, Amber was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on one charge.

Violation of a Domestic Assault Protection Order. 😢

Since there was no documented Domestic Assaults in the Minnesota database, I am led to believe that the 5th Degree Assault charge may be related to that incident.

She has stayed out of trouble for the past couple of years, and I’m hopeful that this violation is the last of her bad decisions. 🙏

Woman Chases People With Shovel, Spits On Police! 😡

Dear Reader,

Whenever someone is smiling in a mugshot, I struggle between admiring making the best of the situation and wondering if they realize the seriousness of their actions. 🤔

I initially thought maybe NYABOAY GATKUOTH DANG was just a party girl, but her records show some actions that are concerning. 📝

📍We start in 2012, when Nyaboay faced charges of Disorderly Conduct and Giving Police a False Name in the Mankato, Minnesota area.

She was convicted of a Petty Misdemeanor, and paid $150 in fines.

There was no jail time.

📍2014 brought more serious charges; Stalking With Intent To Injure, 5th Degree Assault, Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.

All charges except for Disorderly Conduct were dropped.
She laid a little over $300 in fines, and there was no jail time. 😳

📍Between 2019 - 2025 Nyaboay faced charges related to Driving After Suspension, Failing to Notify Victim or Police after a traffic collision and giving Police A False Name.

📍Then on September 20th, 2025 Mankato police officers were sent to a park after a call came in regarding a woman chasing people with a shovel. 🪏

After arriving, officers spoke with a witness who had been sitting in the park, enjoying her time there.
She reported witnessing Nyaboay walking around with the shovel, yelling at random people.

The witness then spoke with Nyaboay, asking her to put down the shovel.
But instead of it calming her down, Nyaboay then allegedly chased the witness and ran at her with the shovel.

After hearing this, the officers told Nyaboay that she was under arrest and attempted to detain her.
The woman reportedly resisted arrest, attempting to bite the officers twice. 🦷

An ambulance arrived to transport her to the hospital, but while they were placing Nyaboay on a stretcher, she again became hostile and starting thrashing around.

It was at that time that she allegedly tried to bite officers again, and proceeded to spit at them.

Nyaboay was then was released to the hospital for evaluation due to the erratic behavior.

Later after she was released from the hospital, Officer Cogswell went there to transport Nyaboay to the jail.
Again, she was uncooperative and threatened Officer Cogswell by telling her she was going to “knock you the f*ck out.”

After physically resisting again, Nyaboay reportedly looked at Officer Cogswell and stated, “I’m going to kill you.” 💀

Ultimately, she was charged with Threats of violence and 4th Degree Assault on Police which led to a jail sentence of 89 days.

📍In January of 2026, a warrant for Nyaboay’s arrest was issued after she failed to show for a hearing.

📍Just recently on May 29th, Nyaboay was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on a completely new charge; Possession of M**h in a School Zone.

Hopefully she can get into a treatment program and get sorted out.

Mankato Man Booked On Threats Of Violence - Has Multiple Domestic Assault Charges!

Dear Reader,

They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but TIMOTHY LYNN BRUNZ isn’t a dog. 🐕

He is a human man that has a long history of drinking behind the wheel and abusing others.

📍In 1992, Timothy was pulled over for a suspected impaired driving in the North Mankato, Minnesota area.

Charges tell us that he refused to be tested, and so he was given a Gross Misdemeanor conviction and 120 days in the Blue Earth County Jail.

📍Years passed, and he laid low for a while before popping back up in 2005.
Unfortunately, his next charge was a pretty serious one.

He violated an order of protection due to a Domestic Assault conviction that had happened out of state; there was no prior record documented in the Minnesota database.

For violating this order, he was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and told not to leave the state while on Supervised Probation.

📍Between 2006 - 2023 Timothy had charges related to Disorderly Conduct, (four times) Domestic Assault with a Felony conviction, Terroristic Threats, Indecent Exposure, 5th Degree Assault and Domestic Assault with a Gross Misdemeanor conviction.

📍On May 31st, 2026 Timothy was booked into the Blue Earth County Jail on one charge; Threats Of Violence.

His history seems to indicate reportedly heavy drinking, which leads to bad choices and violence.

Hopefully his sentencing will include programs that help with staying sober.

Woman Has Multiple Arrest Warrants Issued!

Dear Reader,

I’m pretty sure this is what my face looks like every morning when I have to go to work. 😩

JAMIE LEE QUAGON may be a naturally grumpy person, or maybe she’s just mad that she got caught.

📍We first see our lovely lady in 2016; she was charged and convicted of Disorderly Conduct in the Duluth, Minnesota area.

This charge was downgraded to Disorderly Conduct, but was initially a Domestic Assault charge.
She was given conditions, and only had to serve two days in jail.

📍Between 2016 - 2019 Jamie had three separate warrants out for her arrest due to failing to show up for multiple hearings.

📍Then on November 26th, 2024 three serious charges emerge.

Domestic Assault with Fear Of Death, 2nd Degree Burglary and Legal Obstruction.

She received a Stay of Adjudication for the Burglary charge, and was only given a Misdemeanor for the Domestic Assault conviction.

Thankfully Jamie was ordered to serve 90 days in jail for her abusive behavior, but that certainly didn’t slow her down.

📍Between 2025 - 2026, Jamie had three more warrants for her arrest.

📍She was just recently booked into the St. Louis County Jail on multiple Probation Violations, and has no bail listed.

Hopefully she can sort herself out and have a fulfilling life ahead!

Duluth Woman Drove Getaway Car After Attempted Murder Hit! 🔫

Dear Reader,

Sometimes just hanging with the wrong crowd can heavily influence the trajectory of your life.

📍We first see JAYKELAH ROSE CUEVAS appear in 2021, when she was charged with Attempted Domestic Abuse by Strangulation in the Duluth, Minnesota area.

It’s quite a terrifying charge, and one you don’t see applied by women very often.

She ended up with a Misdemeanor Conviction and was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail.

📍Before she served that time, Jaykelah was involved in a Theft charge near the Cloquet area, landing her a Petty Misdemeanor Conviction and a one year ban from the Walmart she stole from.

📍Then on September 4th, 2022 police were called to a location in Duluth after a woman reported being hit in the head with a brick.

After officers arrived, they spoke with the victim who identified a man named "Matt” that had allegedly struck her.
She had been walking and was approached by a man and woman, who reportedly suddenly struck her several times in the head with a brick.

The victim detailed to police that the man named Matt had allegedly tried running her over with a car days earlier; this was due to an allegation that he had stolen her cousin’s girlfriend’s vehicle.

A witness nearby gave police his account of the attack, providing additional information.
According to the witness, an SUV pulled up and two people jumped out.
They then picked up a nearby brick and violently struck the victim three to four times in the head.

The victim reportedly had two large lacerations on her head.

Then, things escalated even more.

📍On September 16th, the witness was walking in downtown Duluth when he was suddenly confronted by the same man and woman, according to reports.

A Nissan Pathfinder had pulled up behind his parked car, (which Jaykelah was reportedly driving) and then drove away, parking in a nearby ally.

Matt then came jogging out of the ally and asked the witness for a ride "to his girl’s car.”
The witness allegedly agreed for some reason, and drove him up a block. 🤔

After arriving, Matt allegedly got out of the vehicle to retrieve something from the Nissan and then proceeded to pull out a handgun, racked the slide and pointed it at the witness from outside of his vehicle.

He then pulled the trigger.

Shockingly, the gun failed to discharge and the witness quickly reversed his vehicle and was able to get to safety. 🫣

The victim later told police that he believed it was an attempt on his life because he had witnessed the brick attack.
Officers then went to Jaykelah’s residence, as she had been described as the getaway driver.

A search of the residence revealed a find of two guns, with live rounds in the chambers.
Matt had reportedly fled officers on foot at a later time, but was apprehended.

Jaykelah was charged with Aiding An Offender On Probation, and convicted of a Felony.

She was sentenced to 111 days in jail for her actions in both incidents.

📍After that, she had a couple of traffic violations over the years and then she was caught stealing again in 2025.
She was given 180 days in jail, and then Supervised Probation.

📍Just recently on March 14th, 2026 Jaykelah was booked into the St. Louis County Jail on multiple charges.

Escape From Custody, Legal Obstruction and a Probation Violation.
No bail has been set, and there is no expected release date yet.

Woman Charged With Assaulting Police!

Dear Reader,

Not everyone should be allowed to drink alcohol. 🥃

JULIE MARIE FORD has a history of abusing alcohol and getting behind the wheel, amongst other things.

📍In 2001, Julie was pulled over for a suspected impaired driving.
She was found intoxicated, but only spent two days in jail and given Supervised Probation.

📍Between 2005 - 2023 she had charges related to Legal Obstruction, Refusal To Submit to a chemical test, DWI, (twice) Disorderly Conduct, Violation of a Protection Order, Theft and Open Bottle in vehicle.

📍Then in October of 2023, Julie faced a risky charge; 4th Degree Assault on a Police Officer.

Additional charges of Trespassing, Legal Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct were added, but ultimately she was only convicted of Legal Obstruction and all other charges were dismissed. 😳

She did have to spend 90 days in jail over that one conviction but before Julie served that, an arrest warrant was issued due to failing to show up for a hearing.

📍2024 brought a violation of her probation, as well as her first documented Domestic Assault charge in the state of Minnesota. 😟

This charge was downgraded to "Disorderly Conduct” instead, likely due to a plea deal.

📍Then on May 19th, 2026 Julie was booked into the Hennepin County Jail on a charge of Legal Obstruction.

The report tells us that she had a warrant for her arrest issued by Hennepin County, and so this is likely a violation of her probation or because she failed to show for another hearing.

Woman Caught With M**h - Multiple Arrest Warrants Issued!

Dear Reader,

It’s hard not to feel empathy for someone so young.
But whenever someone is found with M**h, it gets a lot more complicated.

📍26 year old AMBER JUNE EDWARD’s history starts in 2021, when she was convicted of Theft in Roseville, Minnesota.

She was given a Petty Misdemeanor for doing so, and had to pay fees totaling $186. There is no documented jail time for this incident.

Was it pretty privilege? 🤔

📍A year later, Amber upped the risk factor by stealing a vehicle.
The value was over $5,000 and so she was initially given a Felony conviction, but it was downgraded to a Gross Misdemeanor after certain conditions were met.

She was sentenced in 2025 and ordered to serve 120 days in the Ramsey County Correctional Facility. 🏢

📍But before she was even sentenced, Amber missed multiple hearings and had warrants issued for her arrest in 2022, 2023 and 2024 as well as other charges that were unrelated to this incident.

📍She was convicted of stealing in a separate incident in July of 2023, and then in 2024 was tragically caught with over 25 grams of M**h.
This last charge led to a Felony conviction, and she was given 48 months to serve in the Shakopee facility.

📍In May 29th, 2026 Amber was finally booked into the Hennepin County Jail.

She has yet to serve time for multiple convictions, and appeared to be on the run.
Her upcoming hearing is on June 1st, and it will be interesting to see what comes next for this flighty woman.

Minnesota Man Charged With Fleeing Police!

Dear Reader,

It is rarely a good idea to run from police. 🏃

For being only 21, MASON ALEXANDER ERICKSON is bringing a slew of charges his way.
He doesn’t have much of a criminal history, but let’s go over what we do have:

📍In 2023, Mason was pulled over for a suspected impaired driving in the Bloomington, Minnesota area.

Charges show that he refused a chemical test and was convicted of a Gross Misdemeanor for doing so.
He was also sentenced to serve in the Hennepin County Workhouse for 180 days, and given Supervised Probation.

📍A year later in 2024, Mason was charged and convicted of Theft in the St. Paul area.
After being charged, he was ordered to appear for a hearing on October 13th, but he failed to show and so an arrest warrant was issued.

Ultimately he was given a Misdemeanor conviction this time and sentenced to serve 17 days in the Ramsay County Correctional Facility.

📍In January of 2025, Mason failed to show for another hearing and had a second warrant for his arrest issued.
It wasn’t cleared for almost SEVEN months!

One month later, another warrant was issued.
This boy was NOT interested in personal responsibility! 😳

📍Then on May 17th, 2026 Mason was booked into the Hennepin County Jail on multiple charges.

Legal Obstruction, 5th Degree Drug Possession and Fleeing Police.

It does appear that he had a warrant out for his arrest at the time due to a probation violation.
I do hope that Mason is able to take this as an opportunity to make better choices in the future, as he is young and has his whole life ahead of him. 😢

Man Fails To Register As Predatory Offender Again!

Dear Reader,

Sometimes, the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree. 🍎

JEROME COLLINS JR. is named after his father, whose records also popped up when I was researching "Jr" for this post.

After seeing the multiple Domestic Abuse/Assault charges, it makes me wonder what kind of environment Jr. had to grow up in.

📍He first pops up in 1998 with a peculiar early charge; Giving Police A False Name.

An additional charge of Open Bottle and Driving After Suspension was included, telling a pretty clear story in the Bloomington area.

📍Only three years later, a horrible charge comes to the surface; Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 3rd Degree.
The report shows that the victim was between 13-15 years old, which is very clearly a child.

If you aren’t familiar, the 3rd Degree classification means that p*netr*tion was involved, and since a child can’t consent, Jerome r*ped them. 😡

He was ordered to serve at a St. Cloud facility for 23 months, register as a predatory offender and then shockingly given UNSUPERVISED probation!

📍Three months later, he failed to show for a hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

📍Three years passed, and then he pops up again on June of 2004 for failing to register as a predatory offender.
He was convicted of a Felony for doing so, and told to appear for incarceration at a later date; six months later.

📍Between 2009 - 2023 Jerome had charges related to Driving After Revocation, Open Bottle, Domestic Abuse, Check Forgery, (twice) DWI, Theft, Violated Abuse Protection Order and Fleeing Police.

📍Then on March 18th, 2026 Jerome was booked into the Hennepin County Jail on multiple charges.

Failure to Register As a Predatory Offender, Theft and DWI.
These may be violations, and not new charges but I believe there was a warrant out for his arrest at the time.
