Y’all have been sleeping on these! For a more budget friendly steak that’s still got a LOT going on, try our top butt sirloin filet. I cooked ours in a piping hot cast iron skillet with 2 tablespoons of bacon grease and a teaspoon of butter, seared to lock in that pepper crust, flipped once and let sit on low heat until med rare-med. I paired it with some homegrown green beans (thanks to Larry Wayne and Vanessa Owen’s ❤️) and some coleslaw. It definitely hit the spot
