This morning Tina Eidson woke me up at 7am to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving.
And then words came out of her mouth that I haven't heard in well of twenty years .
She said ( You Want To Do Something We Haven't Ever Done On Thanksgiving Morning ). I replied heck Yeah !
Two hours later we had all the pine straw laid. Lol

After living in the same house for 23 years. Your neighbors become part of your life and family. I have been neighbors with the Hemphills for over 1/3 of my life. We have watched all four of their kids Rob Hemphill, Jc Hemphill, Chase Hemphill and Miles Hemphill grow up to become fine men, wonderful husbands and Great dads.
Today I had a special guest in my boat. I got to spend the day with their first born grandchild Carter Hemphill ( aka Capt Catfish ). Carter is JC son and Bob and Sandy's first grandbaby.
I remember when Carter was born. Sandy and Bob was over the moon when Carter came into the world.
Since then all of their four boys have become father's. And Hopefully health will allow me to take each one of them and their sons fishing one day in the future.
Getting old sucks when it comes to your health. But being able to watch the circle of life is well worth it.
