He's currently 31 and has tried before to get legal through the system, but turned down over a misdemeanor pot charge from over a decade ago. He's been in America almost his entire life, gone through the public school system, was a Boy Scout of America, has done community service, and has been a valuable friend to many. This is wrong, and we believe America is his home.
