The final and CHAMPIONSHIP session of the 79th Annual Macomb Western Holiday Basketball Tournament has started, with the Consolation Championship Game nearing an end.

McDonough District Hospital coverage of the tournament continues on the TSSR Game Time Live presented by MDH YouTube channel.

Many of the same group have been here all week. Here is another look ar them! While we have Will Thomas and the Western Illinois Athletics department to thank for the equipment, I couldn't have done it without this great group of friends!

It's SEMIFINAL DAY for the I8FA - Illinois 8-Man Football Association, as four teams face-off for TWO SPOTS in the Illinois Farm Bureau State Championship Game, at Monmouth College's April Zorn Memorial Stadium, Friday, Nov. 21.

The first game of the day is a rematch of last year's state championship game, as the Amboy High School Clippers play host to the Chadwick-Milledgeville Missles. Scheduled to kick-off at 2 p.m. the game, in Amboy, is also a rematch of the first game of the season, won by the Missles. A chance to play in the Illinois Farm Bureau I8FA State Championship Game is on the line, Saturday, as the Road to Monmouth continues for the I8FA - Illinois 8-Man Football Association, on TSSR Game Time LIve presented by McDonough District Hospital.

In Amboy, the #5 seeded Amboy Clippers will host #1 seeded Chadwick-Milledgeville. The Missles handed Amboy their only loss early this season, and this rematch is going to have hard time living up to its billing. If it does, it will be remembered for years to come. The Road to Monmouth continues!

Quarterfinals weekend is over, and the Road to Monmouth, has narrowed to FOUR LANES, with the merge to two lanes just ahead. The Illinois Farm Bureau State Championship Game, at Monmouth College's, April Zorn Memorial Stadium, is less than two weeks away.

Only four remain with a chance to play in IFB State Championship Game, Amboy, Chadwick-Milledgeville, Polo and South Fork.

Two Semifinal games await, Saturday, November 15th.

In Amboy, it is a rematch of the 2024 State Championship game, as Amboy plays host to Milledgeville, in a game sheduled for a 2 p.m. kickoff.

In Kincaid, the South Fork Ponies play host to the Polo Marcos, in a contest that is slated to kickoff at 4 p.m.
