One week after AMG let me go at WSIL I started working for The Southern. One year later I will say it’s been the best year I’ve had in a long time. Thank you all for continuing to support me and all the kind words you share. It really means the world to me.

How it started (LEFT) and how it ended (RIGHT). I went from covering the ground breaking for the new fire station when I was a reporter at WSIL to Friday, getting the chance to cover the ribbon-cutting.
