📢 Louder for the people in the back.

Not me on my soapbox. I’m normally not someone who’s super opinionated and vocal about many things. But I’ve been seeing something that’s been making me so frustrated. I’ve worked in agency, in-house and now freelance/small business owner marketing roles.

I am so sick and tired of seeing Social Media Manager roles that include SEO, newsletter, paid media, press releases, videography, graphic design, social media management, etc all under one job description. 🫠

There are so many little nuances and skills that go into being great at each of the skills listed within that ONE job description.✨

👉🏻And, YES. It’s 2026. Your business DOES need a social media presence, even if you don’t personally see the need.

If people can’t find your business on socials, they’re likely going elsewhere. And there are statistics to back that up.
