Today we practiced backlighting on small object photography. The results came out positive....the mood

Backlighting is one of the most underrated techniques in photography, especially when it comes to small objects. Instead of lighting your subject head-on, placing a light source behind the object can completely transform the mood and atmosphere of your shot. This approach emphasizes edges, creates a halo-like glow, and reveals textures that front lighting often washes out.
