After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to reduce our social media footprint in order to better focus our time, energy, and resources on growing our mission.

Unfortunately, that platform will not be Facebook.

As many of you know, building meaningful content takes time. Trying to maintain multiple platforms has stretched our efforts thin, and we believe the best way to continue serving our community is by concentrating our focus in one place. Moving forward, our primary focus will be growing The GingerVeteran Podcast on YouTube, where we can create more episodes, share more educational content, and continue working toward our mission of destroying the stigma surrounding mental health.

We understand that not everyone will be able to follow us there, and we respect that. Because of that, this page will remain active. However, it will primarily serve as a place to share our YouTube content and important updates. You should expect to see significantly less original Facebook content moving forward.

This was not an easy decision. Facebook has been part of our journey, and we are grateful for every follower, supporter, listener, donor, and person who has shared our content along the way. Your support has helped us reach people who needed to hear that they are not alone.

Our mission has not changed.

We will continue to advocate for mental health awareness, support veterans, first responders, and anyone struggling in silence. We will continue creating conversations that matter. We will continue building a platform where people can be heard without judgment.

We're simply choosing to focus our efforts where we believe we can make the greatest impact.

"This is a tough decision. However, I believe it is necessary to increase our focus and build our mission." — Fred Gregory, Founder, The GingerVeteran Productions

At The GingerVeteran Productions, our mission has always been bigger than podcasts, videos, or social media posts.

We exist to deliver meaningful content, honest conversations, and information that people can use in their everyday lives. More importantly, we strive to support communities that need a voice, deserve respect, and are working toward a better future through understanding, compassion, and inclusiveness.

Our foundation has always been simple: destroy the stigma surrounding mental health and create a space where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

As we continue building this platform, we have become increasingly aware of a difficult reality. While our audience continues to grow, our visibility has not grown at the same pace. Operating costs continue to rise, while donations and financial support have largely remained unchanged. Much of what we do today is made possible through the personal contributions of our founder and the generosity of a small group of supporters who believe in this mission.

We are not asking anyone to give beyond their means. In fact, if donating would create hardship for you or your family, please don't. Your well-being will always matter more than a contribution.

What we do ask is that you take a moment to understand our mission. If you believe in creating a world where mental health conversations are welcomed, where communities are supported, and where people are treated with dignity and respect, then consider supporting us in whatever way you can.

Share our content. Tell someone about our mission. Help us reach people who may need to hear these messages.

As we evaluate the future of our organization, we may be forced to reduce our social media footprint and focus our efforts on a single platform where we can build a stronger, more connected community. If that happens, this may be one of the last opportunities to support our mission through Facebook.

We believe this work matters.

We believe people deserve a place where they can speak openly without judgment.

We believe mental health does not discriminate.

And we believe that together, we can continue to .

If you believe in what we are building, please share this post and consider making a donation.

Every share expands our reach.

Every donation extends our mission.

Every supporter helps us create a future where fewer people suffer in silence.

Some people have a train of thought. I have a demolition derby of thoughts.

PTSD is hearing a random noise and immediately running a full threat assessment like you're the head of national security.
