Trey Talks No.4

Sometimes the most profound realizations happen on a quiet walk.

In this Trey Talks episode, I’m opening up about the journey of losing my son, Trey, and how I’ve transformed my own experience of grief-from self-accusation to deep, steady connection.

If you need a reminder to trade your guilt for grace, I hope this message finds you well. 🕊️

I’d love to hear how you connect with your loved ones-let me know in the comments. 🦋✨

Trey Talks No.3

Have you ever noticed a song, a number, or a sign appear in your life repeatedly, almost as if the universe is saying, “Hello”?

I recently heard the song “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” twice in one day. The next two days? It played again, in different places and on different radio stations.

It reminded me of the duality of life-the joy and the sorrow, the love and the fear-that exists within us all. Just like rainbows can only appear with both rain and sunshine, our most profound growth often comes from navigating both the highs and the lows.
These synchronicities aren’t just coincidences. They are often signs of alignment and a beautiful way to feel connected to something greater, perhaps even to our loved ones who have passed.

When you notice these moments, take it as an invitation to pause, breathe, and ground yourself in the present.

What signs have shown up for you lately? I’d love to hear in the comments. 🌿✨

Trey Talks No. 2: Let It Be Good 🌿

Happy Memorial Day weekend, everyone!

I was out for a walk with Cooper the other day, and a thought stayed with me that I wanted to share.

This weekend is such a meaningful time-we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have given everything for our country. It is a time for deep respect.

As we move into this time of reflection, I also want to offer a gentle reminder: let it be good. We have such a tendency to scan for what’s wrong or what needs fixing.

This weekend, I invite you to consciously let that go. Whether you’re gathering with family or just finding a quiet moment in nature, give yourself permission to simply let it be good.

Drop a ❤️ if you’re walking this path with me.

Deep in my creative space, prepping for this weekend’s mini-retreat, and just feeling so grateful for the love you shared on my last Trey Talks video. We all take turns holding the light-today, I’m sending it back to you. ☀️

No fancy studio lighting, minimal makeup-just me by the river sharing a piece of my heart.

For a long time, I’ve kept my deepest journey with grief close to my chest. But healing isn’t meant to be hidden. In this very first talk, I’m sharing why running away from our pain doesn’t work, and why moving toward it is where the healing actually begins.

This space is a tribute to my oldest son, Trey, and a place for all of us to find a little more space to breathe in the middle of life’s heaviest moments.

Drop a ❤️ if you’re walking this path with me.
