Official Update: Community Development, Local History & Midnight at Moonville! 🎬✨

This evening, Stellar Films was in attendance for the latest Vinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau/ Midnight at Moonville meeting, and the momentum building for Vinton County is incredible.

Midnight at Moonville 2026
The excitement is officially building for this year’s Midnight at Moonville Festival! With an overwhelming lineup of local vendors, entertainment, and activities already locked in, this year’s event is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever. The team took extensive notes from last year to bring major improvements to the entire experience.
* Friday, October 9th: Begins at 4:00 PM
* Saturday, October 10th: Begins at 11:00 AM (runs until Midnight!)

Mark your calendars, bring the family, and come out to help make this year's gathering our best one yet!

Hotel McArthur Restoration Project
Progress continues on the historical restoration of Hotel McArthur. Tomorrow at 12:00 PM (Noon), the site will host its official cleanup and contractor bid meeting directly at the hotel.

Stellar Films is currently pursuing grant opportunities to produce a documentary/reality-style series capturing the entire restoration process from start to finish. We can't wait to document this iconic building coming back to life for our community.

On a final note: The "Randy and Scott New Truck Fund" proposal was officially denied once again; reportedly due to Randy passing notes during the middle of the meeting. 📝❌🚗
