Each winter our friends at Superior Snow Adventures in Marquette Michigan do a stand up job keeping the culture of recreational adult alpine racing alive and well at Marquette Mountain. In this clip from last nights news, Jamie from SSA summarizes what the adult race leauge is all about, and how you can participate! If you are interested in joining the awesome crew at Marquette Mountain for some friendly competition this season, head out to the T-Bar tonight for the pre-season registration party. In the meantime prep your gear, practice your tuck, and rest assured that while it may be a bit late to the party, another long winter is on it’s way!

Superior Snow Adventures is a ski racing team for adults that is open to anyone who wants to race for fun.

Old man winter is back in town! While it will be a few weeks before the bull wheels are spinning at Tamarack Resort, Brundage Mountain Resort and L.S.H. Terrain Park, waking up to fresh snow on the live cams never fails to get my heart pumping!

It’s time to dust-off the gear, wax-up the boards and keep those snow dances grooving, because another winter season full of fresh lines and good times is on its way!

Valley County Pathways is building some new trails to help connect the recreation areas around Donnelly! If you have have some free time next week, come out to lend a hand and help make Donnelly more pedestrian friendly!

Valley County Pathways needs your help! They need a wide range of volunteers to help with the Town to Beach Flyway project in Donnelly during the week of Oct. 16 and on the weekend of Oct. 20-21.

If you are able to help out, please reach out to them directly!

This annual event is great opportunity for groms (14 and younger) to meet other active kids, build confidence in their abilities and most importantly have fun!

We were stoked for the opportunity to announce and D.J. the Soda Pop XC Mountain Bike Series this summer! The casual vibe of the series and positive attitude of the participants made these races a highlight of our summer!

A big shout out to the McCall Winter Sports Club and Tamarack Resort for hosting these events; and a huge thank you to all of the competitors for showing up and bringing the stoke to each and every race!

This was the first year for the Soda Pop Series, and with growing participation at each race we are all hoping to keep these types of fun, family friendly events rolling throughout the seasons!
