1 chicken breast, halved lengthwise into even thickness
Salt to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oil ( for marinating )
2 tbsp oil for cooking
For the sauce:
2 tsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream, room temp
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
To assemble:
9 oz fettuccine
1 cup pasta water
Method:
Pat the chicken dry and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika powder. Add oil and mix well to combine. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
In a pan add oil add the marinated chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side on medium-high heat, depending on thickness.
Remove the chicken in the same pan add butter once the butter is melted. Add chili oil. Cook for 30 sec. Add all purpose, flour. Whisk constantly for 30-40 sec to cook out the raw taste (do not brown). Add in heavy whipping cream. Mix and add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, dried parsley , smoked paprika powder.
Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.
Reduce heat to low, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add lemon juice. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.
Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce.

"✨Easy Garlic Butter Potatoes, Sausage and Green Beans✨
1. To a hot pan with a couple tablespoons of oil you are going to sauté 2 sliced smoked sausage links with 2 sliced onion. Cook until golden. Then add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and cook another minute. (If you’d like to skip the whole sautéing step you can)
2. To your crockpot add 3 pounds of yellow baby potatoes. Then dump in your sausage and onions. I seasoned with MrsDash garlic and herb seasoning.
3. Top with a stick of Kerrygold garlic herb butter.
4. Cook on high 3 hours
5. Now add about 1 pound of fresh green beans then top with another couple tablespoons of Kerrygold garlic herb butter. Cook another hour on high.

"🍤🔥 Homemade Seafood Boil with Garlic Butter
📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)
🦐 Seafood & Protein
• 500 g shrimp, shell-on
• 2–3 crab clusters (or mix of crab legs and claws)
• 200 g smoked sausage, sliced
• 4 eggs
🌽 Vegetables
• 3 ears corn on the cob, cut into rounds
• 500 g baby potatoes
🧄 Garlic Butter Sauce
• ½ cup butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp seafood boil seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt, to taste
🍋 Garnish
• 1 lemon, sliced
• Chopped parsley (optional)
🍽 Instructions
1️⃣ Boil the Potatoes & Corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and corn rounds, then cook until just tender.
2️⃣ Add Eggs & Sausage
Add the eggs and sliced smoked sausage to the pot and continue boiling for about 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Cook the Seafood
Add the crab clusters and shrimp to the pot. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the seafood is fully cooked. Drain everything well.
4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a separate pan melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
5️⃣ Season the Sauce
Stir in seafood boil seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a rich garlic butter sauce.
6️⃣ Combine Everything
Return the seafood, vegetables, eggs, and sausage to the pot or transfer everything to a large serving tray. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the top and toss gently until everything is coated.
7️⃣ Finish & Serve
Add lemon slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy.
